ALMOND AND BLACKBERRY MUFFINS

  • 175 gr of butter
  • 110 gr of grinded almonds
  • 1 spoon of lemon skin
  • 200 gr of powder sugar
  • 5 glairs
  • 5 spoons of flower
  • 200 gr of blackberries

Heat the butter until it becomes slightly coloured. In other bowl mix almonds, lemon skin, powder sugar flower and 5 glairs and stir it. Add butter, mix all and pour into the moulds. In each mould put 3-4 blackberries and put in the owen on 200 degrees on 15 minutes.
