ALMOND AND BLACKBERRY MUFFINS
- 175 gr of butter
- 110 gr of grinded almonds
- 1 spoon of lemon skin
- 200 gr of powder sugar
- 5 glairs
- 5 spoons of flower
- 200 gr of blackberries
Heat the butter until it becomes slightly coloured. In other bowl mix almonds, lemon skin, powder sugar flower and 5 glairs and stir it. Add butter, mix all and pour into the moulds. In each mould put 3-4 blackberries and put in the owen on 200 degrees on 15 minutes.
